After months of building, I finally launched RianneNycole.com.
It was soft. Intentional. Me.
But the clarity didn’t start at the launch. It deepened once I started showing up again, especially on LinkedIn. What I thought would be a platform for just sharing updates turned into a mirror. A reminder. A masterclass in visibility.
Here’s what I’ve learned (and what might help you too):
Not everyone likes or comments.
But they’re clicking. Reading. Quietly nodding.
I’ve had people DM me. Text me. Even bring up my posts in meetings (leaders included). Visibility isn’t about being loud. It’s about being clear. Repetition builds trust. Presence builds connection. Even when no one hits the “like” button.
Every time I lean into my multi-hyphenate identity, it resonates.
Not the polished version. The real one. The messy, in-motion version.
People aren’t looking for a sales pitch.
They’re looking for a signal: “You get it. You’ve been there. And you’re moving through it.”
That’s why storytelling > selling.
Your audience doesn’t want to be sold to. They want to relate to you… and realize you’ve figured out a solution to the same problem they’re facing.
You know the post that sits in drafts because it feels too personal or too soft?
That’s the one someone needed.
LinkedIn might be known for business, but what really performs is clarity with heart.
Say the thing. Share the lesson. Trust the story.

To share before it’s perfect.
To let my clarity be seen.
If you’re navigating your own pivot, rebuild, or reintroduction, know that visibility can feel soft and powerful at the same time.
Keep showing up.
